Harrassment by this collection agency from above date to present (8/30). They have been the 4th agency to try to collect on this medical issue because the hospital made a "coding error" and refuses to re-issue a new invoice for correct medical code. I have plead my case numerous times and tried to do the right thing, to no avail. But when thousands of dollars are at stake, I cannot/will not just pay a bill arbitrarily because the hospital doesn't want to be bothered to return my perisistant calls, just refer me to their latest collection agency. This particular one is aggressive, illegal in their practices... Calls incessantly, all hours of the day and night, do not identify themselves, call from numerous different phone numbers. They are also crude and innapropriate with which the manner they speak with you. Their slogan is that they are the "complaintless collection agency, treating everyone with respect." This could not be further from the truth!!!
