This company, also compudirect llc, used false advertisement to attract people. They also sold me an xbox 360, which was suppose to be in used, but great working condition. I gave this product to my sister and she opened this xbox 360. Then we saw that there was no back part to the system and the wires were missing or did not function. This company has an ugly bbb record. It is not a bbb accredited company. I filed with the LOCAL OHIO BBB, FTC, AND OHIO ATTY. General. This company lied to all of these agencies. The company phone: 18888549014. Location: 34675 melinz parkway unit 105a, eastlake, ohio, 44095. The russian person told me that he would replace the wires and back, but never called back. I was told that this piece of junk was sold, "as is", but "as is ", mean that buyer examines the product before the sale. I never had a chance to examine the xbox 360 or even look at the product. This is a criminal company! This happened on 11/19, on gray hwy., macon, ga.
