Rip off computer and broken promises

I purchased a computer from CompuElectronics in Overland Park Kansas at an Expo. I was told the specifications of the machine and given a rebate form to send in to get $100 back. At home I learned that the computer had no where near the hard drive or RAM that I was told it did.

After trying to contact this company I proceeded to involve the BBB which instantly got results. The company called, apologized and gave me a half way decent fix. One problem, they never followed through with it and I still have not recieved my rebate that I was supposed to get over a year ago. The softwear still isn't fixed and I never got the hard drive they were supposed to send me.
