Homecomings Financial would not accept payment to cure default on May 2, after agreeing to accept on phone. Customer Service had me Western Union the full payment and later, returned said payment.

At that time they added extra fees for foreclosure when they had not started foreclosure.

The courts gave them Motion for release from Stay in mid April.

Now, the will not reaffirm the Note or return my phone calls. (South & Assoc or Homecomings).
