This occurred on June 13th of 2012. I am reporting it now, as I was waiting to rcvd my order, which has never been Delivered. The details are that I ordered Diet Drops from HGC, on line with a credit card issued by the
Federal Govt. HGC confirmed the order as order #595113031 on 6/17.in July I rcvd my monthly statement for June and found that there were 2 charges from China-WRDHRD 17144000572 Guangzhou, China. One for $3.37 and one for $112.34. I did not realize it would be sent from China and was never so informed. I was having problems with my local post office in deliveries to my "physical" address. (I mainly us a PO Box). That is why I thought it was taking so long to be delivered. Also, these are not the charges I was infomed of on-line. I have e-m ailed them 3 different times to tell them I have not rcvd my order and gave them my PO Box number and have not rcvd either the order or a reply. I would like my $115.71 to be refunded and this company placed on a list of "Scams". The federal agency (SSI) is very upset about this as it involves elderly people, like myself and our Social Security payments. If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated, as I need the money.
