Shoes Never Delivered, Refund Obtained Through Card Dispute

I bought two pairs of shoes, both were shipped separately. I rcvd one and ended up returning it. After two weeks contacted sears.com customer service and told them never rcvd item. They said contact UPS. After contacting UPS they let me know the package was never dropped of they had just printed a label. So I called back to Sears and was told "we'll investigate and contact you in a week" I then waited a week and a half and got the same 4 times (waiting 1 1/2 weeks inbetween my calls) FINALLY without any help from Sears I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge! They got my refund within a few weeks! Be careful! I also have ordered and rcvd items so it's just hit or miss don't make a big purchase in case you can't get your money or item!
