Sears.com
Terrible

I bought two pairs of shoes, both were shipped separately. I rcvd one and ended up returning it. After two weeks contacted sears.com customer service and told them never rcvd item. They said contact ups. After contacting ups they let me know the package was never dropped of they had just printed a label. So I called back to sears and was told "we'll investigate and contact you in a week" I then waited a week and a half and got the same 4 times (waiting 1 1/2 weeks inbetween my calls) FINALLY without any help from sears I contacted the credit card company and disputed the charge! They got my refund within a few weeks! Be careful! I also have ordered and rcvd items so its just hit or miss dont make a big purchase incase you cant get your money or item!
