I went online and they were offering a free service and when i finish with all the information they were asking for it was still saying that my balance was 0.00, but then a couple hours later i check my account and had a charge for 29.00, and i called them and the only answer was that i accepted the fees when i never did, and i never even got a confirmation the balance they showed me was always 0.00
