I am over the road truck driver for the man an i go to differnt states to haul my freight an i do my job an come in to get paid an he tells me that i dont have a pay check coming because the truck went in the whole because of repairs an of fuel cost he owes me around $3200 dollars what can be done me an william agree at 40% pay after fuel cost not net payan now i cant get my check from him its been 3 weeks worth of checks not paid to me$3,200
