I bought a used car from Fletcher Kia and was conned into buying extra Insurance which included GAP, Credit Disability/Life, well the Business Manager said to me and my dad that the purchase of ALL these insurances are a requirement in order for me to be financed, well I'm already a disabled single man and the Credit Disability would not have covered me anyway, so this did not make since to me. I then called my bank that lent me money and talked with there Vice President and asked them why they made me carry all this extra Insurance. They stated to me that its all totally voluntary and that they will be more than happy to help me cancel it or call the dealer and have the dealer cancel it. Point is I was LIED to and its caused a BIG hassle for me, I will NEVER do any more business with them and I will pursue actions to make my complaint very broad. Its all about deceptive business practices.
