Shani Fletcher Constant threats and surprises

Beware of the folks at Aetna Insurance, especially Shani Fletcher, she is a liar and believes that people who collect disability, you know the ones that pay their premiums are freeloaders, she didn't say it, but her attitude says it all. We have now retained an attorney because they said they sent many items to my wife, that they did not, they claim she must apply for Social Security but cannot show us in the policy where it states this. According to our attorney they cannot... According to Social security they cannot force us... They are trying to force her to apply for a benefit that will add her to the burden of YOU! The taxpayer instead of paying the benefits we paid premiums to get. My wife is expected to return to work and is looking forward to it but these morons at Aetna want to contiunally keep her stressed out and upset her slowing her recovery. We have tried calling the executive offices and keep getting transferred to the people in Florida, They refuse to let us talk to anyone in the executive offices. The executives there must not have spines because they won't get on the phone with us. If your company offers Aetna disability insurance, pass on it, because they don't want to pay!!!
