My visa account was charged for products I did not receive. Please credit my account now.
Ziinga required a copy of my passport and driving licence, which I did not supply, before these products would be shipped. Apparently, my address was not correct for one product but was for 2 others. Therefore, I assumed, incorrectly it seems, that my account woukd not be charged. Please correct these faults ASAP.
