They charged my account but never sent the merchandise

I placed an order (website) for some knifes. I got in my email an order number. The website says that all orders will be shipped in 48 hours and they charged my credit card next day. After three weeks I emailed them first time asking about the status of my order. Never got an answer. I emailed them three, four more times telling them that I will call my credit card to cancel the payment. They never got back to me. Finally I called my credit card company and they cancel the transaction.

Be aware that this website (www.yourbestdeals.net) is a hoax.
