A computer glitch (so they said) did not register the 500 in our ewallet and only found out about it after looking at the monthly bank satement.in the mean time we opened another account. There rules say we can have only one account but they refused to give back the 500 just sitting in the other account for months. Now they want me to buy another package and transfer it. Which we did after having no luck explaining and many phone calls to canada and complaint tickets that never addressed the problems. Now the transfer isn't showing up anywhere so it is like money gone into thin air.
