CooleBuy.com Complaint for $119.08
I ordered a set of "Spooks" Season 1-9 dvd's from Coolebuy on 29 March for $119.08 CAD They gave me order number 78467 and an order summary on 6th April stating it had been shipped on that date to my address - in Australia. Payment was made through Paypal and I have a receipt for that amount. My order and its details are still listed on Coolebuy.com site.
I received an email on 25 April saying there was a delay in delivery. There has been no delivery.
I have emailed them about a dozen or more times. I have emailed pay pal and asked for a refund but no reply. I have asked for a refund from Coolebuy and had one reply saying I would get it from Paypal. I have asked for clarification to no avail. I get no replies to my emails and know not what to do.
