Placed an order with Border City Audio on March 4 for one set of headphones. They came back and said their paypal account was not working. It was active the next day. Their site claims shipping in one day. I emailed a number of times seeking a tracking number. The headphones arrived a week later.
They contacted me by email suggesting ordering 2 more headphones as they would be able to be refunded by paypal after I received them. I placed an order on March 21 and paid via paypal. Being out of the country I asked for April 19 delivery. I emailed several times and phoned several times with no replies to either. During day time your call just goes to "hold".in the evening you leave a message but do not get a call back.
I requested a claim via paypal but have exceeded the 45 days (I was in China for 5 weeks!) I have emailed the customer service at Border City requesting a no-ship and refund = unanswered. I found a different email that is shown on their vendor page on paypal and a request for refund is also unanswered.
I appreciate any assistance.
