Shell food mart
Attendant behind the counter would not allow lottery purchases with a Visa Debit card. "Cash ONLY"! For lottery he stated

I thought this was a Georgia lottery site. I doubt that this complaint will do any good but, here goes. The Shell food mart in lawrenceville, GA at 901 oakland rd are only allowing purchases with cash only. Sounds like they are hiding their money from uncle Sam.
