This company had went into my mother's checking and took out 99.49 without authorization

I had deposited money into my mother's account, who by the way is 83 years old. To discover that she was overdrawn. The bank found the phone number to this company for me I called today, was given the spiel about all the saving that my mother can have for being a member. Also she had wanted me to give her the account number and the social security number. I had told her that why would u ask u already have that info how else would u beable to take the out of the account.

It wouldn't of hurt to beable to understand the women on the line. I was told after she gave me a cancelation number that I would need to send them a bank statement. I told her it wasn't going to happen I want the refund. If they don't I will go through other channels and hung up. Now keep in mind this has happen 3 times within a week. 3 different company's. That was because my mother tried to get a loan and put her info out there, well that won't happen again. We had to change her account and redirect her benefits to the new account.
