Business & Finance

I was contacted about a week ago about my name being picked for a $22.00 gift certificate. My mother gave me the phone and I told them that I was 17 but I have a checking account of my own and they kept insisting and repeating. My mother thought that it was real.

I just got my banks statements back and they took over $160.00 from my checking account but they told me on the phone that I would only have to pay $3.95. I was trying to get them to understand that I was only 17 and the man just kept saying the same thing and asked for my account number. Me being young and thinking that I had won something, my mother and I agreed to give the account number.

If someone reads my story, please help me!
