Having been pre-warned about these people, I decided everyone deserves a second opportunity to do right and gave them a fair chance to exonerate their bad names.

Bad choice here!

These people don't care about anyone - including themselves and what the business community thinks of them. Apparently, they are not smart enough to know that what comes around - goes around in this life - especially in the business world we all must live in today. They are too stupid to figure out that when you put out bad Karma - it is bound to come back at you - double-fold!

My conflict with these bottom-feeding imbeciles: I bought a "Rocket" (what was supposed to be a one year-long) subscription from them for IKS service. Not only did it not work all of the time, but when the price of the "Rocket" was due to go up in the near future, I wrote them an email about it so that I could get a new sub at the original price. These greedy idiots decided to ignore that email until after the price went up. After repeatedly trying to get a response from them about their lack of fairness on this issue; their response (finally) was to send me an email filled with obscenities and then they cancelled my existing, already-paid-for sub that was supposed to be good for another several months!

I still believe most people deserve a second chance - just not these people - anymore.

Greed is an ugly thing and these people a bound to get even uglier!
