Went to village inn rest it 4824 w 3500 s west valley City, Ut. Service was had. Server could not remember very well the order. Hat to repeat it twice each time. Sides add ons and specifications were never met in all of our 3 meals. When paying at cashier, she only discounted like. 68 c of the whole ticket. When asked for a fill in survey code was never given one. We are returning customers to this place. We go almost twice a month and never had any problems before. I guess its the fact the this time almost every employee/manager was new at this location who knows...
