Date of purchase is 11-26-09 9:45AM

I ordered 2 breakfast and asked for a glass of water instead of coffee. Daniel said that he was not allowed to give me water. I've had water in other BK locations. I told him I've gotten water before and he said maybe somebody else here gives you water but I'm not allowed to. I visit this BK quite often, since when is it not OK to give water? I have to take my medication with my meals. If something this simple is going to be a problem, then I will not visit BK anymore and I will instruct my employees not to either. I personally think this is a stupid issue to lose customers over.
