Jorge the guy that towed my car. Broke my radiator

I don't know how many times I hear people cars ge repo'd but I never knew that it would be a difficult time. My car was repo'd on Thursday or early morning Friday I don't know why because I was not home I didn't think that my car would repo'd for just $210 and it was not a lease or loan that was just to get my title. To get to the point the guy that picked up my car, probably thought someone was going to beat him up he took my car and left skid marks in the dirt in front of my house. To top it off he pulled my car over the curb and broke my radiator from the bottom of the car. Took my tag and said that I need to pay him $100 to get the my tag and registration and other things that was in the car. The corn ball dealer is on of the worst and I reccommand no one to buy cars from Camaguey Auto Sales.
