Shawn miller, mike ride, harassed employees at my job, arrest me, can't understand them

I took a payday loan for 150.00 I didn;t pay it back they are constantly calling my work place threatening the people i work with they had to call the police the next step is getting fired then they will never get there money. They say im frauding the banking system and they are going to come and arrest me. I know I have to pay it back but they want an outrageous amount and they keep trying to take out of my bank account so now i;m hundreds in the negative I don;t know what to do.
