Monetary Crime Division Legal Associates Claiming I got a payday loan and the cops are on the way to arrest me if I don't comply and pay back a loan that I never got

I got a call from a Michelle Cruz who claims to work for Monetary Crime Division and Legal Associates. Stating that I was default on a payday Loan with American Payday Loan. Both of which places are in California and I am stationed in Texas. I am in the military and it is against the law for us to get a payday loan so I know this is a scam. I checked my bank account records for the past year and there has never been a deposit from either of these two companies into my account. I have received 3 addition calls while I was typing this telling me that there will be a police officer at my work and home the following day to arrest me.
