I checked my balance online today only to find out that this company debited my account for the 34.95. I am really ticked - how dare they and how can they just do that without your signature or OK? I never filled anything out for this. I called my bank to have the item returned - I am not sure that they will do it and if they do they will charge me 25.00 to return it!!! What is going on with banks and these companies? When you tell a bank that you did not authorize it and you give them the information how day THEY charge you for returning it. I worked in banking for 25 years AND I worked for the bank that this went through. So much for customer service. They did give me a phone number via email late today so I am going to call it tomorrow and see what kind of response I will get
