My name is rev. Alphonso hargis i brought a phone and it service on 7/17 and about august 30th i star to have problems with the camera portion of the phone opperation. Then on 8/19 the the phone service didnt work on the third day i called crecket to report the problem they said after trying afew thing over the phone that didnt work they said that ther tech department would and resolve the problem with in twenty four ours after i call back to check on the progress and request they refuse to resolve the problem or replace my phone I in return told them ill see them in court. 165.00 plus 65.00 for the the secound month i paid for and did not receavie.
