Accepted a free, no risk trial and paid only for postage on my credit card. Credit card details are now being used to take 2 payments each month, one at the beginning and one at the end of each month. Never received the products and cannot contact the company via email or phone. Not sure that credit card company can stop these payments, so may need to cancel card, once I've paid off what has been stolen from my account by these scammers.
