Order # 360111 — I ordered the "free trial" for $2.95 which I received and six days later was billed $98.16 and subsequently the next month they tried to repeat this feat. I have told my bank to not disburse the monies and so far they have not released anything to them. They have been hounding me for several months now and I have tried to contact them, Nue Science by telephone and several emails and haven't received a response back.
I spoke to a gentleman in early June and stated that I had a death in the family and was out of state for a few weeks and did not get a chance to even try the product and here they were already trying to get the money out of my account 6 days after my order and I had not yet received the product. He offered me a to pay them $59.00 as an incentive offer, since I did not have the original packaging to return the items in. That was a must be, in the original box.
They are still til this day harassing me and I still can't get an response form the company as of yet - 8/22
