This is Gamehouse. I am a subscriber of the Monthly Funpass for Gamehouse. I was paying $19.99 a month and decided to cancel subscription because I was no longer using it. When I tried to cancel subscription, a screen popped up asking if I would reconsider leaving Gamehouse and that instead of $19.99, Funpass monthly would be $14.99. I clicked OK and I was then charged for an annual Funpass. This was not clearly written when I clicked. I know that Gamehouse are having issues due to Ipad and Apple, but this is certainly not a way to keep customers. Please be aware of this marketing scam.
