Tricked into buying year subscription

My wife purchased what she thought was 3 individual games from the Gamehouse website. We found that she had been signed u for an annual membership that wants to charge her $5.99/month. When she tried to cancel they want to charge the balance of the 12 - $5.99 fees. There is no other way to cancel. If we cancel than her card gets charged. If we don't cancel than we continue to be charged each month.
The Gamehouse website claims "All games $5.99 for everyone! *" at the bottom of the page "* billing Overview: Free 7 day trial, then just $19.99 a month, No Commitments, Cancel Anytime. This is deceptive at best and fraud at worst. We reported them to the credit card company.
