Cooking surface not workingingfood sticks to surface. Handles too small and fingers get burned when removing pan from surface. Pan was a gift. Respond to profithold@aol.com With Rachel Rays' endorsement we requested this product as our choice of a gift from our children for our anniversary. My wife is a great chef and needs professional grade cookware whenever possible. Pan is 12" model Cost of pan is estimated at $50.00
