Surface RT is an unusable product - Microsoft Surface

I bought a Surface RT as I desperately needed a computer to handle simple things like word processing, power point, and checking email. I found this product has had several issues connecting to the internet as cafes and occasionally at my home (a studio apartment where I pay comcast $65 a month for internet). The surface often freezes and I have had issues accessing the skydrive. The surface has been way more of a hassle than its worth and if there was anyway for me to return the product I would have. Useless to me and I am using my now 5 year old little samsung computer to word process and use the internet because I have less issues with it freezing, being nonresponsive, and connecting to the internet.
