I received my cookware from Fed-Ex today. The instructional DVD and cookbook were rolled and the DVD was broken. The larger frying pan also has several flaws in it that will break the surface when it is cleaned. I did not know what you wanted for the monetary damage so I put the amount of the order. I wish you had customer service that a working person could access.
