Worst Internet Service

You Frame have to be the most useless service I have ever encountered. Having ordered 3 prints 3 months ago, I am still awaiting delivery. Having thought that enough is enough I chased them, and amazingly after an hour go through. I was told my order would be dispatched on the next Friday for delivery Monday. Monday came, and I checked up again in the afternoon - oops - they had forgot to put them out. But would for the next day.
Tuesday - still no shipped confirmation - when I asked they gave me a number that corresponded to a shipment to Bogota, Colombia! When I explained this, I was given another number which didn't work on their courier system - I called again, and was given a similar number but 3 digits more! Needless to say nothing has arrived and I am still waiting!

Please please never deal with this company - they are totally useless, obnoxious on the phone and inefficient to say the least. I wish I could get my money back, and if they are not of the highest quality I will be in touch with the OFT to take this further - its pathetic.
