Ordered online and paid immediately through Paypal. The Sheen Genie webpage states ships immediately and priority mail 2-3 day shipping! Two weeks later, no product and no replies to my messages. Now when I call the phone number it says voicemail full and hangs up on me! From what I have now seen on the internet, this company frequently does this to consumers. I saw them at a car show and can not wait to see them again so I can make sure to advise everyone of their unethical business practice. I don't understand why Paypal continues to do business with them since I have now seen that many people say they have had to file a complaint with Paypal.
