Paypal is bs — let leticia shroff rip me off

I ordered Ellery Queen DVDs from Leticia Shroff. She charged me $12 for priority shipping and sent the dvds in an envelope with 2 stamps and $1.01 postage due. The dvds are bootleg and I contacted her immediately via email. I heard nothing. I reported it to PAYPAL — you know the "protectors against fraud." They did nothing and refused to refund my money or take any action against this scam artist. I told them I kept the dvds and envelope with postage due as proof. They did not care.

The only people who seem to like paypal are the lying buyers who pretend not to get orders and the ripoff artists who sell fake items and overcharge for postage. I closed my account so some the ebay sellers who only use PAYPAL will lose my business.
