As i stated in my complaint a week ago, went to them on date above after seeing on screen what i thought was a legitimate problem. Called, they showed 170 some errors/viruses which i let the man take over and take care of. When back from my vacation, noticed, and still, quadruple spam. Called and the guy not only would not take care of or refund, but tried to sell me more implying i needed to check in every ten days.
