Ordered a dress from tidebuy for daughter's prom. After 6 weeks it still was not in, so I sent multiple emails inquiring, over a month time period. The dress still hasn't come (now April) now I get an email that says the dress was held at customs and returned to them. They wanted me to pay $40 for reshipment, I said no I just want my money back. Now they don't respond at all.
