I had purchased the "Freedom Plus Used Car Warranty, " through Continental Warranty. I sent my request for the refund of $1,438.00, because I fulfilled the terms and conditions and did not drive much, nor did I use the warranty one time. My certfied mail was returned, their phone numbers were out of order, and I still have the promise that one is refunded up to "$2,000." Total rip-off and scam, sad.
