On June 25 I ordered and paid $50.39 for a pair of Toms shoes through PayPal. I've been away and only today discovered that the shoes never arrived. Then I found on usacomplaints.com that there had been 22 complaints against CheapGivenchy, at least the first 6 also included complaints against PayPal for being "unable" to help the buyers. Thus I know that PayPal knew of this merchant and did nothing to protect me from this scam. PayPal apparently paid the money to carolpilkington2005@yahoo.com.
