Ordered online chockers website 2 pairs of shoes costing £36. They never arrived cant get through to them (phone always busy/never get back to you after leaving details) sent numerous emails only to be issued with a ticket then they say they cant find any reference of an order even when presented with the hsbc bank aquirer ref no.
