Holding deposit of $1,000 was given to Optimum Property Management. The property should have been readied for move-in in 30 days or less. The property was not ready within that time. 45 days later the property was still uninhabitable. Katherine Harris refused to give back holding deposit. They are ilegally holding my money and I will have to take them to court to get my money back.
