I order a DVD collection of the complete series of The Virginian and was $109.00. Then I looked at the email they sent me and the charge they showed was $124.20, I went back to their site and submitted a cancellation on this order. I sent several emails to them with no reply and there is no phone # so you cant call them, it has been over 2 weeks and have not got any response from them on the refund.
I requested the cancellation and refund request within 15 minutes of the order. They charged my account 2 different amounts that is listed and is not the amount authorized bu me.$125.03 and $1.25 is the amount that was charged to my account. Joseph A Murphy
