My daughter brought a fancy dress outfit, when she got it home the zip was broken returned item given a replacement, got that one home it had no zip. Took it back to shop got a stream of abbuse from the assitant told twice manager would be there but no would not give a phoneor company details. Told them we would contact yourselfs did not care and would not refund money, glitterbox is in the chilterns, high wycombe bucks
