Paying Club Pogo members blocked with server busy message

I have been a yearly paying Club Pogo member since 07.
Problem: They block paying members from playing. Get a message "server is broken or busy". Yet non-paying people get to play.
I have complained to their help line about this and I have on the customer satisfaction surveys complained about this. I also have complained to AOL as they highly recommended this site.
They should be held accountable to their paying members.
