My husband order a new service wrote a check for the first month service and installation set up an appointment for the technician to come and install it. The technician never showed up finally we called customer service and asked why he did not showed up and they said "well there is an unpaid balance from the previous person that lived on this address so we could not install service for you " they already cashed the check and we have no service. My husband called them back and they said it will be a month before he get the money refunded.
