I ordered the trial on 8/01, and on 8/16 I received a debit to my credit card for 89.95. I am trying to contact the company, but the phone will not ring. It is either a fraudulent phone number, or they won't answer because of all the complaints they are receiving. I am going to keep trying to get a refund by getting a RMA number that they keep talking about. That is the only way you can return an item for refund. If you mail a package out without this number, you might as well forget about getting your money back. This company was advertised on Facebook. Facebook should be a little more careful about who they allow to sell merchandise on their website. All I want is my money back.
