Mr Frank Lucas phoned me telling me that I had won 2.5 million dollars and a new Mercedes Benz automobile. But it would take 75. Oo plus 449. Oo to take delivery of the auto. The check ehich he said was issued by Bank of America. Needed a stamp which would cost 2500.00 to make the check good. To day 8/16 I received a letter from someone in Hope mills, NC. Via USPS The letter inside the USPS envelope contained a note wanting me to contact Mr. Lucas. The phone numbers that he has used are as follows. 876-395-9651,305-290-5884, along with several unlisted numbers and restricted numbers. He still wants me to send him more money before he will deliver the winnings. He has also used a phone number with a Seattle 206 prefix. Along with Mr Lucas there is Pedro Vasquez, M. Lee with the FTC. And Roy Johnson in Orlando, FL Pedro Vasquez is supposed to be in Fayetteville, NC.
