My girlfriend had this happen to her too. Random $69.95 charge against her card. I told her to call and get a refund but she didn't have any luck. I called a couple hours later pretending to be her and they didn't want to budge. He kept saying we can't do refunds blah blah blah. I told him that on your website it says you guys do refunds so give me a refund and that's when it all changed. He said we have a 30 day money back guarantee so I'll do a refund. It will take 3-5 days for it to show up so lets hope it does.
I was very stern with him, not rude. Keep that in mind, they have control if they want to refund or not.
