Unauthorized $9.10 Charge on Worker Comp Credit Card, October 1

My Worker Comp. credit card was charged $9.10 on October 1, and I want to know why. I did not authorize any payment to Facebook. It shows on my account as Facebook.com*2C. Please explain this to me. If you are going to start charging, I am closing out. I thought this was a social network and would not cost anything. Thank you.
